A top Italian luxury fashion house is looking for a Merchandising Manager to cover the Menswear category in Tokyo. In this role you will be responsible for the organisation and buying supervision of product by understanding the need of market/shops/each clients and ensure the Company’s brand image is adhered to. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review of sales budget & prepare purchase budget Buying request interview with shops Supervising Men Buying /Selection of purchase and Order, Re-Order to HQ Make sure the product distribution is correctly done according to the needs of each shop Assist merchandise exchange between shops, execute shuffle twice a month Convey the message of the product of each season to shop staff by MD clinic presentation. Retail price setting and checking Prepare allocation schedule and input and inform to shop Prepare monthly sales report Short summary of essential/desired skills and experience Strong numerical & communications skills Japanese & English languages essential Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
